MY04 Specifications?

Anyone know when the specification for the MY04 will be published? AFAIK new-year models are sometimes available from around October, just wondered if there were any slight modifications from the MY03 spec.

Lots of rumours so far 
hard to tell the wood from the trees 
You will need to work out what Subaru Bits and Bobs they have left over and will make a car out of that.
After really poor sales when the 'Bugeye' were introduced. There STi7UK and now the MY03Sti has brought a revival of sales. It would be silly for IM send us another 2nd rate version IMHO
Some peeps have had views like
USA got 2.5L because
A) of their long straight roads and constant high speeds toll on 2.0L
B) Left over Legacy Engines had to be used up somewhere
UK didn't get the UK version of STi8 Newer Engine,Twin scrool and DCCD because
A)We couldn't handle the power and weren't bright enough to use it
B)They were using up the old STi7UK engine & bits up
UK has no rear wipers
A) it doesnt rain in England
B) we couldn't aford the extra wiper

that always makes me smile , we as a country must get our fair share of the worlds wet weather, and yet we don't get a rear wiper on a saloon.
