The exhaust is just starting to blow on my 1999 "V" JAP WRX.
What the best (& ecconomic) replacement exhaust?
I do alot miles per year so dont want something thats going to drown out the stereo...
Also I dont want anything thats going to put up my insurance.
Any Ideas???

Why don't you try to get one of the exhausts that are taken off when PPP is put on.
Might not give you more power, but it will be free and won't effect your insurance as it is a standard fit.
