Reconditioning Legacy Electric Chargecooler Pump
#1
Hi guys, firstly I just wanted to say I have been reading the forum and searching though the archives for a while now and I have to say this is a great forum and it has helped me no end.
Now for my first question, I am wondering if it is possible to refurbish the electric chargecooler pump from a legacy as mine is starting to make a nasty grinding noise, I read on the internet about someone doing the legacy chargecooler conversion who mentioned getting new bushes for the pump (link below)

Does anyone know where I can get the parts to recon my pump? Main dealer wants a fortune (as always ) for a new pump and it hardy seems worth it.

I'd be tempted to try one of the Subaru Breakers for another one rather than repair it.
Central Subaru are very good and will mail order.
