New MY98 owner
#1
Just bought a MY98 UK Turbo. Travelled from Birmingham to London to get it. It was worth it, though. S reg, 43000miles,Air con and sun roof, with FSH, including cam belt change 1000 miles ago(receipt to show). New tyres, brakes, clutch...12 months MOT and tax, absolutely spotless inside and out. Guess how much???

Thanks for the welcome, guys. Mine's a MY87 UK wagon in reddish blue (I think that's what it's generally called around here, the metallic blue), with aircon, and sunroof. Can't wait to pick it up.
Unfortunately, I've got to fly to America for a few weeks from Thursday(business), I won't be able to pick it up till I come back later in the month...but when I do come back, I will definitely be turning up to those meets at Coventry to meet other fellow Subaru owners.
I could do with a few pointers on mods on the car in a few months, as well. I will probably start posting away as soon as I have my car in the tech section.
Cheers

I have one of said beasties which I have owned since new. I have done some mods on it, point your browsers to http://www.arnesta.freeserve.co.uk/impreza.htm and have a look. If you browse around the rest of the site, there are details of what needed replacing and at what mileage to give you an idea of what you've got coming, and links to suppliers, meets etc.
Enjoy !
