Sorry to hear about your little mishap Steve,at least you made it to the NBO in it...it will be cover under warranty anyway woulnt it mate.

Bad news Steven. I think the problem has been caused by all the extra weight carried on the outside of the car. I said you should have cleaned it before the NBO!

We have rebuilt a few of these boxes now.. All the teeth stripped from the cog..
IM supply a modified Gear, Baulk Ring etc.. The new gear has a Taper on the outside edge..

I'VE HAD ALREADY THE GEAR BOX REPAIRED ON MY STi7. The 3rd gear was very tight to get in on fastish shifts & 4th made a crunshing noise all the time. The dealer hads it in and fixed it !. NOW THE 3rd gear is tight again! Any help what i should do or has this happened to anyone else??
