directions needed. I saw on scoobynet somewhere the other day a thread that had details of reading you vin plate to establish which MY car you'd got etc. Anyone help me find it again, please.

I thought i had a MY95 but it turns out its a MY96

I've seen that before and from the descriptions in there I've got a MY99.

But I've definately seen a thread on here that tells you how to read the VIN plate and convert the codes into engine type, MY etc.

Anyone else seen it and able to give me a clue?

cheers Chris_S199 that's much nearer the mark and I can see that according to that I have a MY99 (confirmation at last). Some bitrs missing as it's like a survey they're doing.

Has anyone seen what I'm on about on Scoobynet? I'll keeping looking and post it whe I find it (and I will).
