what does this pack contain sir, he says. Buy now i am finding the whole conversation rather strange. Its the PRODRIVE PERFORMANCE PACK. One moment sir, can you hold on. About 3 mins go buy on hold, hello he says can I phone you back.
10 mins later he phones me, its thirteen hundred and something, he says, is that all, I thought it was about 2k. Blah Blah Blah.

To sum up, my dealer has very little idea what he sells, doesn't listen very well, and I assume he has given me the price of a PPP for a WRX without the VAT.

I am trying to find another dealer !!!!!

I think another dealer. The question you've asked should just role of the tongue

 

crazy!! if i was the manager of a dealer i'd make sure my staff knew every nut and bolt, packages, performance etc...give the service you expect to get!!!

If I was you, I'd get that quote in writing and then insist they honour it or threaten them of legal action!!!!!
