Scoobysport in basildon can sort out the belt and then send it for an MOT at a local station.
TorqueIC in Ashford could do the belt and might have a local MOT station they cars to.
Barratts of Canterbury is a main dealer with a motorsport department who will tackle imports.
Otherwise, do a few 3month duration searches for 'kent' and see what posts come up. Im sure there was one on servicing a couple months back.
