hi im after buying a car for about £6000 and want somthing special.Fast but bearing in mind i have 6 points for speeding,33 years old,5 yrs no claims. has any body any ideas.
i have been toying with the idea of a subaru sti the insurance is astronomical. please help

If you know the right people, you should be able to pick up a UK car (Turbo 2000) on a 96/97 plate and still have money left over towards insurance.

Will, check out www.townendgarage.co.uk for the used cars. Find anything you like and then try either egg or tesco for quotes.If your with a lady at the moment, then quote for her with you as named driver, saved me £300 and i dont have any points ( 1 minor claim)

Don't have any pics, but that's the price my dealer friends are buying them for. It all depends on the motor you choose.

For that price it'll probably be a standard UK Turbo (normally in Silver) with below to average mileage.

I had a MR2 Turbo, Sorted handling (a bit tail happy) and quicker in a straight line than MY99 bit un responsive but you can pick one up cheep, in fact i'll sell you one if you want!!
