Dirty car inside or out?

I have to have the car looking spotless inside or it really annoys me but can go about with a dirty outside for ages without it bothering me.
Probably got to do with living in Ireland - wash the car and then it rains for a week:-)

Kev, i'm the same.
The inside needs to be spotless, but if an enthusiast scooby owner seen the amount of mud and grass on the outside of my car at the moment, they'd take the keys away..it really is shocking.
Being in scotland..same as you..wash the car..then bring on the rain again !!

I've never really understood this cleanliness fetish. Think the car looks quite mean when mud-splattered. Currently growing an interesting variety of potato in the passenger footwell...
