anybody got any ideas to what the standard 1/4 mile time is for a p1 just wanting to know if mines is near it or faster than it???

I did a 12.9 in a standard P1 - with no mechanical sympathy on the launch

Done @ santa pod with the slips to prove

sounds good to me then cause ive run 12.9 seconds standard p1 and that was at crail mind u saying that they can be bad for getting there times wrong but ive done it on 2 different 1/4 mile days

12.9 does sound a tad optimistic imho, and 13.9 sounds a tad pessimistic.

I'd say the real numbers are somewhere inbetween.

depends how much sympathy you have for your car

I had none

I saw another do a 13.1 but he toasted his clutch

maybe I was just lucky - it was the 1st time I had ever been up the strip too - beginners luck lol

im from coatbridge ciaran was up in blairgowrie for a little while last year working with my m8 as a gamekeeper as for my 12.9 second times down the 1/4 any1 that doesnt believe me can go to www.crailraceway.co.uk look for the name k kennedy and check out my time remember to subtract the reaction times though cause crail add them on this year for some strange reason ment to be cause santa pod do it but as far as i know they dont
