Mixing Semi Syth' and fully Syth' Oil......?

Can this do any harm to my MY99 UK Turbo??- Oil was low the other day so topped it up with some fully sythetic oil then found out that what was in it the car originally was semi sythetic oil!!
Help appreciated!
