Is everyone still wrapped up in red tape? or are things moving very slowly on the original idea.

The huge event we were originally talking about turn out to be way to big an undertaking. Which I guess is why these sorts of events are staffed by hundreds of paid people and hundreds more un-paid.

I am still really keen to get some momentom with regards to charity events, etc though. But I think we should start smaller and just aim to get things moving.

Any suggestions?
