Question

hi
i have just had numbers 2 and 4 pistons replaced under warrenty due to piston slap
the service was rubbish / no curtesy car / told me i was parenoid (untill they found 2 x worn pistons)
when i picked the car up it had missfire they said we know but its not our problem? i lifted the bonnet and fudged arround one of the plug lead ends had been pulled off on the side they had head off
anyway they refused to give me any paper work of the work carried out.... this cant be normal.....?
any advice please on similar experiences..
many thanks

Raise it with the workshop manager, if no joy the dealer manager, if no joy escalate to Subaru themselves. Document everything, if relevant fax them to confirm what was discussed/agreed. No need to put up with such pathetic service.
