Best WRK Wagon post 2001?

Okay musing a few things over and although I have not actually been to look, from the research here the new 03 model looks alot better IMHO, but I am reading and hearing reports that the seating is not it's best.
I am not adverse to the idea of buying new or 6 to 12 month old motors. So what in your experince (much more than mine as you drive em every day) is the best wagon model post 2001?
I really really like the design of the 03 WRX wagon; ack choices eh..
