I may be imagining it. Took the scoob to work for once this morning. Before I got to the motorway having a bit of a blast on some quiet a/b roads the car didnt feel as poky as before. Looked at the boost guage and it was struggling to get past 0.5 bar on the boost guage till over 5000rpm. Is this normal just cant remember it being like that before and it wasnt as quick.

However on the motorway a few minutes later it seemed fine and back to its oldself.
On the way home it was pretty much fine on the motorway but still felt the same going to the motorway on a/b roads.

Anyone got any ideas?. Everything sounds fine in the engine.

Also abyone else got a crunchy 2nd gear occasionally, mine does it now and then and I know the clutch is right down. Only curious.

Check all your pipework, might be split and leaking.

Had exactly the same problem on my STi8 a few weeks back. Took it back to dealer and they found no fault. They have since ordered a new Boost gauge tool to test the car when it goes in for the PPP to be fitted next week. Also bought the SECS unit so I could monitor but strangely it hasn't happened since!!

Cheers guys, I will have a look at the pipework and things tommorow. Give me something to do on a saturday I spose.
