Folks, looking for a bit of help.

I really want to get a Scooby, i can afford to buy one, im jst not sure if I can afford to run it.

Got a few simple questions.

If driven sensibly what kinda mileage could i get out of £35 quid of petrol, taken that it is ran on normal unleaded.

What are the service intervals, and how much does a 40k, 50k, 60k or even a 70k service cost?

What kinda price do things like spark plugs and normal servicing parts cost from a motor factors?

Cheers for any help given.......

Out of £35 my MY93 WRX gives me 210 - 230 miles using Optimax

Spark plugs are about £40 a set

Not sure about the rest

gadge, take a look at my running costs spreadsheet. Feed in yer daily mileage and it'll give yer a pretty accurate idea takin into account all consumables (my99)...

interim service from a dealer £99 eg 67500 miles
major service from a dealer £380 eg 60000 miles
