Sitting at big roundabout which connects the M25 with the A13 (by Lakeside today. Car comes past sirens blazing and lights flashing.
Silver Subaru Impreza Sti Wagon Reg starts YVB ... watch out for it because it has no police markings.

From what I saw of the internal side of car it looked pretty spoofed, obviously flashing LEDS, definately had a radio on top of the dash, although only one guy in it! S""" me up good and proper so am hoping it was a punk playing around
