I'm considering purchasing a Jap import (though possibly not a scoob). Is there any way at all of verifying mileage etc. in a similar way to an HPi check?
I was once told that a lot of Jap imports come over here because the vehicle has failed the strict Japanese version of an MOT.
Any advice gladly welcomed.
