Recommendation required for Servicing
#1
I am having great difficulty finding a place to service my Turbo (I live in Fareham).
Sparshatts in Botley are my Local, but they said they didnt have time to speak to me on three occassions when trying to buy the Car and never returned my calls.
So I guess they wont have time to service it.
Concours in Haselmere are good for service but cant provide a Subaru invoice or Subaru Stamp for the service book .
Millway Cars in Salisbury sent me to their Toyota Branch in Andover as they had no technicians.
All I wish is to have the Car serviced by a Subaru Dealer with a Subaru Stamp that has time to speak to me. Is this too much to ask ?
Thanks in Advance

If the local is an official Subaru dealer then I would suggest that you phone Subaru's UK head office and mention that your local dealer said that they were too busy to talk to you about servicng your car and then see what they have to say about it.
the alternative would be to drive down to the local dealer and then go in and ask to talk to the branch manager and see if he is too busy to talk to you.
This is an outrageous thing for a dealer to say and I would not stand by it.

I'd recommend Mill Lane Engineering in Basingstoke! They have always found a loan car for me, cheaper than all the others closer to me, friendly and they wash the car!!
Fair enough I say!!! Give them a call (01256) 780790.
Regards
Andy

I second what Andy says about Mill Lane. Tried them for the first time last Saturday - only a minor service plus brake fluid change. They said over the 'phone about 2 hours. It took about 2 hours.... to me that's excellant service.
Oh, and they did a good job.
