Red face

Have a look at this page and tell us your 'average' repair during your Scooby ownership.

http://www.reliabilityindex.co.uk/ma...chtype=avgrep#

My only repair has been a rust spot on the boot lid (year 1) and a O2 sensor (last year). Both were repaired under warranty, but the respray would have been a few hundred quid and the O2 sensor is about £120.

That's in 4 years ownership of a MY99 RB5 from new.

Yeah m8, don't think yours was 'average'. How's the car now it's fixed?

Thumbs up

Stefan

Just got 2k on it now and must say it's running sweet

Feels like a new car.....well it nearly is

Was especially pleased to be stuck to Kenny's(Saxo) back bumper (Tek 2.5/STI Intercooler/Full de-cat/Dawes) on the way back from Knockhill on Sat when he floored it.... so a sure sign that engine is running sweet

Just hopefull that the big bills are now firmly in the past and I'll admit to taking it just a bit easier from now on to save consumables ... and engines/gearboxes

No wonder you are happy with yours mate if that's all the bills you've ever had..... great to hear and hope it stays that way for you

You still having those CTR ideas going on inside your head????

Cheers
Si

Nah, my brother gave me a good slap upside my head and got rid of those thoughts

Glad to hear the car's running great and hope that's the end of your troubles.

I bet Kenny was pleased you stuck with him No wonder he's been so quite lately

My 45K service (cambelt) is getting done next week. My repairs have been zero, but they running costs would choke a horse
