Calling london scoobies - favour for a friend from I-club

Mods, please leave here briefly just in case its missed in the southern meets section where i was thinking of putting it.
A friend of mine from the USA Subaru club (I-club) has a young friend coming over the the UK who would love to either get to a scooby or Jap performance meet or even better get a ride in a few uk cars that they don't get over there like the P1, 22b, sti's etc.
He's arriving Wednesday this week (if my addled memory serves me correctly) and he's staying in Kensington in a hotel between harrods and the V+A museum apparently (ill narrow it down, or better still mail and arrange something direct, his email is at the bottom).
It would be really cool if there was something going on we could take him along to, but im sure a few passenger laps in some nice scoobs would equally suffice.
Any london ish scoobs willing to make this young chaps trip?
p.s. he's only over for 5 days or so and its fairly short notice

some good replies on the guys own post...... If I am free ..will invite the guy and his family out for some beers.
How about Scoobynet asking a London dealer to help out with a look around theur showroom and a drive (Driven if no insurance etc etc)

For those interested, the hotel is in Knightsbridge and is called the Rembrant Hotel. Peter has the phone number and address and all that. Im gonna be leaving from the US tonight at like 8PM Eastern Time. I should be in London by like 10 your time.

Got to get online for a couple minutes here at the hotel. The number is 020 7225 3363. The room is under Dylan Friedman. I will be available tomorrow, and on friday, so call and let me know whats up.

Its a shame....... But Uk is not famous for "Sales"..
But on a good note
One dealer I spoke to ..Said he would love to help. But(And its true) he couldnt due to a situation.But offered to help in another way.

nearly 600 views and still not an owner of a subaru thats willing to take this chap our for a ride round in there scoob and make his day?? (particularly if its a uk specific model)
Its one thing moaning about the dealers gos, but the current owners appear no different, says volumes about the 'community' these days.....

I cannot due to Selling my Uk legacy turbo...
Dont want to comment on why no one might not have/will helped the guy. But if it was the otherway around I bet an I-club member would have helped....
The Moderators/Simon where made aware of this and asked if they might be able to help....Not sure if thy tried???

Pete as you now i would have loved to have taken this chap out but as you are aware my car is in bits at a dealers awaiting IM to pull there fingers out of there ***** and authorise the repairs to my car
