Boost limited until 1st service on MY03 WRX PPP?

I'm coming up to 1000 miles in my MY03 WRX with PPP kit. Compared to the standard WRX demonstrator it only feels slightly faster. I'm guessing to protect the engine over the first 1,000 miles the dealer has either not yet fitted the Prodrive ECU or has limited the boost until I bring it in for it's 1st service?

what makes you think he has limited the boost or not fitted the ecu . it's a package in't it doesn't that mean the whole thing as one. how many miles were on the clock of your demonsrator. my last subaru only picked up loads of performance at 6k miles .it does improve believe me .
