97, WRX, Saloon, HKS induction and Mongoose full-decat exhaust.
My car is registered as a Subaru, but the Model/Type is down as 2-AXLE-RIGID BODY.
Will my car be subjected to the emision test?
I have read on other threads that there is a getout if cars are registered this way?
