Hi,

I had my Scoob serviced yesterday at a reputible Motorsport garage with very close links to Subaru. They did a great job with no complaints.

The thing is I had my car in at two different Subaru garages due to a knocking noise when cornering quite hard previous to the service. Both of them failed to notice the problem and sent me on my way. I thought I would let it go and didn't even mention it to the guy yesterday, however they found the problem and repaired it accordingly. Fantastic I thought, until I noticed he had charged me for it, plus other "under warranty" repairs.

So can I go back to Subaru with the job sheet and claim these warranty repairs back? Total's about £80. The company is a division of a Subaru dealer.

Thoughts!!

Unless an official dealer carries out the repairs I would say you stand no chance.

Good luck

David
