I would stick with scoob.I had an evo 6 but still went back to the scoob!Much easier to live with and not much difference in performance.

I went and drove a EVO 4 at the same place where I eventually brought my STi, it looked the dogs and had various toys like extra Dials, induction kit, exhaust, uprated suspension, etc, so should have been nice but after driving the STi2 it felt slowwwwwww, seriously, I was well disapointed it supposedly had near 300 bhp, but incomparison it honestly didn't seem to be that quick. May have had a problem or maybe my new STi is just better?
Not sure how would compare to a Terzo, your best bet is drive and EVO yourself.

Terzo looks better in my eyes, evo 4 looks a bit dated now me thinks.
