UK300 Scooby Dilemma
#1
All,
Just though I would get people opinion on this. Currently have a Scooby company car that is due to come to the end of its lease. I have been offered a UK300 that is 18 months old with 18 months left to run. Should I go for it even with the Tax which is probably the amount of money it would cost to insure, let alone the depreciation. I also do about 30-35k miles a year.

It's a lease car, company either get somebody else to take it or pay a return fee for the lease company. But it's a lot of Money to give the car back after only 18 months of a 36 month contract.

See if you can take it off their hands if they add a PPP assumingn one isnt fitted and the lease company are okay. May be a good move as it means you have 18 months to plan your next car and there seems to be quite a few new cars appearing. Mazda RX8, Nissan 350Z, twin scroll scoob maybe in 18 months
Knowing its for 18 months I would go for it as the special editions are the best and of the bug eyes I actually liked the UK300 but it would have to have been PPP-ed.

don't think it's been PPP'd Just done the figures as well a UK300 is almost £100 a month more expensive in tax than a new MY03 as the emissions are 219 instead of 242 and the cost is only 19995.
Still thinking about it
