Bit subjective really. One man's black is another man's white. Personally I'm going for the black purely because of the impact Knight Rider has had on me as a kid :P I've always wanted my own Kit

I've got ablack STI7, it's a complete bitch to keep clean. I'll never have another black car. It only looks really clean when I've rinsed it.
I think the black would be great on a "Sunday" car, but as I use mine everyday, and the roads here are usually wet and minging, it's impossible to keep clean.

Here's an original idea - order what you like, and not what the herd says? 
Myself, after seeing graphite black (which is black with gold flecks in it) then that'll be going on my MY03 wagon when I order it...

I went with the herd...I swap cars pretty frequently and figure WRBlue would be easiest to shift..the dealer agreed. To be honest I love a good white scoob though...STI5 Type R in White, rear pimps and gold wheels is still my favourite combo.
