Whats my WRX01 Euro Import Worth?
#1
Thinking of a change, what would I expect to get for a MY01 WRX with PPP, import from Holland with 14k miles on a Y plate.
Next car maybe:-
Golf R32 (Dealer would accept trade in - no price yet)
EVO 8 (Dealer would accept trade in - no price yet)
STi 8 (Dealer will not take trade in)

New MY03 imports are advetised at £16k so I would think you would be offered between £10k and £12K in part exchange.
Even an offer of £10k means you have lost £3k per year which isn't bad considering people are talking of loosing £9k in 9 months on a UKsti.
Look at the prices supermarkets are selling the mainsteam stuff for. Motorpoint have year old Fiat Siencento's for £3299 and 6 month old Alfa 156 selspeed with £10k off new list price. It all has a knock on effect through the market.

Was only offered £13k, 10 months ago from the Mitsubishi Dealer against an FQ300. My missus told him to kiss my a**e and left. After seeing whats coming out now though I'm getting itchy feet again. After my last run in with the dealer and with the MY03 out, I was thinking much less than £13k now.
