Stolen Scooby? W Reg Silver (import) Coventry

Was driving down the Foleshill Road (Coventry) yesterday at bout 6pm. A silver scoob passed me in heavy traffic and continued to drive in the middle of the road and through red lights. Had 3 passengers from what I could see.
Had a W reg plate on it with WRX STI badging on back. Looked older than a W reg though. Looked standard from the exhaust.
I wasn't in my scoob so couldn't follow and wouldn't due to the way they were driving.
Maybe stolen?
