Just read today's Autocar.......but according to them,

Saab are set to launch a new hatch for 2004/5, smaller than the 9-3 using the scooby 4wd chassis and two different levels of turbo engine (180 and 222bhp). Very sharp looks.

Very interesting..........i wonder what price? If they pitch it at VW Golf / Audi A3 / BMW Compact teritory we should be around WRX prices with a decent interior and a hatch - wow.

Seems odd seeing as they've only just launched the all new 9-3 (Dec 2002).

Maybe this is a replacement for the 9-5? Or effectively a 9-2, as the 9-3 is now a saloon?
