Question

As per title realy got 1 of those plastic sigma central locking/alram button pressy thingamies & sadly it turns out the little bugger has broken while in my pocket, too much presure from my bulging muscular thighs lol. Anyway it's just the little plastic almost hoop like thing which allows u 2 put it on a key ring has cracked & so i have the dilema of how to keep it with the car key now
Any tips then for reattaching/securing or replacing such a fob or wotever u call it? Superglue &/or tape any good i'm guessing that may not do the full monty
Ta in advance
Si
PS spare un has also gone Pete Tong in the same way so no joy there

Have a look inside the key fob. What is it made from?
a good fob should be made from ABS or Ploy Carb.

Same thing happened to me I've just drilled a hole in it and put the keyring through that, I originally superglued it but it broke again within a few weeks. I also got quoted 35 quid for a new one.

I drilled through mine and tiewrapped it to the keyring. (I took it apart first to see that I wasn't going to wreck it!)
