Just been looking through a Demon Tweeks catalogue and seen a removeable steering wheel, like on an F1 car but normal shape.Cost about £90 I think. Does anyone have any experience with these. Seems like a top theft deterrent to me

Had one on my Pug (called Snapoff). Was a real piece of mind. When the wheel was removed the hub had a locking bit to stop anyone bringing their own wheel. Unless things have changed, you have the choice between two types of wheel, Raid and Momo.
On top of the Snap Off and the wheel, you will need the boss which will be around £30.

Have got a removable steering wheel on my impreza.
Got to say does take away alot of worry.

Not very practicle if i go to a show or shopping ect! bit clumsy walking round with the wheel,

However when it comes time to put it in bed, I can sleep well. the pins are all offset differntly so even another steering wheel wont help the scum of the world getting away with it.
