Your dealer can do the Lamco gauge which fits onto your steering column, £134 fitted i believe.

Thanks Zippy, I was wondering if it was a Subaru part.

I have the dealer-supplied lamco part fitted to the steering column on my MY99. To be honest, I am not entirely impressed with it. The must be better solutions out there :

- steering column shroud resonsance on wot acceleration
- poor back lighting means that markings barely visible (white dial / green back light) at dusk / dawn.

Need to go back to the dealer in the next couple of weeks to have my brakes looked at, so hopefully the resonance prob can be easily cured.
