Sorry, I looked around a bit but didn't search. Couldn't believe it hadn't been posted, and obviously I was wrong. This is weird. I've always wanted the non-US spec cars. This shatters everything...

All-Wheel Drive
Driver Controlled Center Differential (DCCD)
Mechanical limited-slip rear differential
SureTrac front differential
4-wheel fully independent sport-tuned suspension with inverted front strut
6-speed manual transmission with short-throw shifter
SAFETY
Subaru All-Wheel Driving System
Front seat side-impact air bags (SRS)*
Super Sport Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD)
EXTERIOR
Front corner spoiler, rear spoiler, STi side ground effects
High Intensity Discharge (HID) halogen headlights
17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with 225/45 R17 summer radials
INTERIOR
Leather-wrapped STi steering wheel
Performance design reclining front bucket seats with driver's side height adjustment

The specs are from http://impreza.subaru.com/microsites/impreza/wrxsti/wrxsti.jsp The SureTrac isn't listed in the specs but is talked about in the AWD Philosophy area of the STi Story.

US finally got the best. The general thought is that the low octane and emmissions were difficult with the 2.0L.
