Anybody on here had Dentmaster or any other franchised dent removal dealer successfully remove small dents on the leading edge of their MY02 cars bonnet.
Or will it be a body shop job, as there seems to be little space between the outer and inner skins for access.
Any help appreciated.

I've a dent on the bonnet leading edge and was told by my local Subaru dealer that there's no access for anything because of the double skin.
I'm waiting for a few more dents / scratches so that it's worth a trip to the body shop.
any help?

Tony,
i had approx 3 small dents on my STI7 bonnet, not life threatening, but very annoying as i could see them when driving.
everywhere i enquired didnt want to know (double skin, ali, etc) eventually tried DENTSAWAY, part of CHIPSAWAY, 20 minutes later, & £70 poorer dents were gone using special tools & hammer on bonnet!!!!!!, i kept well away!!!, but when finished the result was brilliant, no filler, spraying etc.
i was doubtful, but would use them again. excellent.
hope this is of some help,
all the best ROB.........

I had small dents on the bonnet from pesky pine cones. The local dealer, Mill Lane, got "someone they know" in to fix them - no paint job required. This was completed at the same time as a service and was very good. Always worth the question.
