hi all
some toerag tried to steal my car.and the passenger side lock is a bit mashed. is it advisable to fill in with filler and smooth over and paint.

ps door handle lock.

any help appreciated.

I know that for some cars you can get a hardened steel plate that fits around the lock. These don't look to bad, cover up any uneven filler and deter further attacks. I used to have a set on my golf, not sure if they do them for scoob.

yeah, just delock it. did mine when some t*ats screw-drivered both sides. only downside, check the remote for central locking's batteries regularly.
