The one about the buyer wanting to sue the seller after paying a deposit on a Scooby & the buyer changed his mind??

What did happen to this??
Wondered if he was ever told that costs awarded would have been discretionary. Saving on car would have been eaten up in solicitor/ court fees which would not have been recoverable!!
Very expensive IMO but I guess the principle factor came in to play.
Hope both parties reached an amicable settlement.
