Hi all,
Thought that subject line may turn a few heads 8o!
Just signed on the proverbial dotted line today for a new Scoob!
Trading my '94 WRX STI Mk1 for a '99 STI Mk5 Type RA V-Ltd in blue and gold (only the best eh!)
One lady owner(!) imported it from new, loadsa service history, 31,000 Kms, immaculate condition, number 501 or 510 from 1000 (cant quite remember) and goes like a train.
Had a good listen to the engine once warmed up on the test drive, head under bonnet etc, and although a bit tappity sounding, (which is fairly normal I understand) couldnt hear any knocking or other strange noises.
Hope she's been using SUL!!
Gonna pick it up sometime in the week...can't wait!
Will post some pics as soon as I can, as it really is a looker!
Probably be driving it like a girly for while though, as they're supposedly quite '**** happy' when driven spiritedly, and I dont want to spoil its looks by taking a detour into the nearest hedge etc!
Mark...

congrats,
some people feel thats the best version of the impreza!
others dont, but screw them.
Hope you enjoy it and drive safely.
I picked up my new corrado today after having sent it for a post purchase thorough check over and service, so I am on the same new car high.
Its upsetting how much pleasure such a comparitively cheap car has brought me.
I would almost be happy if my impreza doesnt come back to me!

Such a shame that you HAD to take the wheels with it These dealers probably had the decent silvers off it ...... oooops, it WAS a womans car?? That explains it then - hope you find some Non-tarty wheels soon
Good luck with it
Pete
