But for a few quid short of 60K you could be driving round in a second hand Diablo. I know what i'd pick

I know what I'd pick too!

This one on autotrader sounds ok to me ... going for 61K.

1995 Lamborghini Diablo 2WD Coupe LHD 1995 reg 1997, Giallo Fly Yellow with Black leather, SV rear wing, Alpine CD player, alarm, FSH, just had new clutch, only 18,000 km (11,250 miles), . . . .

Ok... so it'll cost a bit more to keep on the road but with 60K to spend on a car then i'm sure the additional running costs would be affordable.

Off the top of my head. £500 a corner for tyres. £3,500 for a service and 9mpg. Doesnt sound so good now does it. Dont get me wrong its a great car but youd need another few £k a year to keep it on the road.

Talking

Mate of mine had one, and sold it with under 10,000 on the clock. Within a week the engine had blown.

He changes these top-end cars every few months, so I don't think he saw it coming.

Currently it's a 550 Maranello (or at least it was last time we spoke).
