Invalid Warranty when car used on track

After the problems with IM regarding Subarus that have been on trackdays. Some of you may remember this thread about a M3 which had a gearbox failure.

My girlfriend went out with him...
...In his E46 on Sat round Goodwood.
As she wanted go in something different than Scoob/Evo.
Seems like a top man. So v glad that he has got a result.
These cars are of high performance and they are going to be tracked. Agree with your point, I have fun on the road. But the opportunities are few and far between. So track days are the way to go, if you can afford it. So I am very pleased for him. Hopefully will set a precedent.
