Now I've been the subject of a lot of stick and banter over recent weeks and most of it I've seen the funny side of, taken on the chin, etc - that said, the 'fuel surge' thing is wearing a little thin, it'll soon be along with the great SN quotes, 'twisties', 'scooby in a lake' and 'ferrari change pit crew'

The thread I felt would be amusing reading to some and I posted it in the correct forum....what's the complaint?

I am afraid you are being wound up and falling for it. Granted your earlier threads may have left you a little exposed to this kind of thing, so to speak; however that was a risk you took (knowingly or unknowingly) and you now know the outcome.
My suggestion is either ignore the wind up or think carefully about the posts you put up re driving. You may feel the latter compromises on your freedom of speech but its probably not worth the hassle anyway. Don't give up on Scoobynet.
Hope you enjoy your car (safely). I'm with you rather than against you, BTW.

I have money down its Chipped Butty being an AR5EH0LE again.

Yes of course its Chip_Butty, he is about 13 with spots and no friends. No car obviously and is still hanging onto mummies apron strings!! I was wondering what mental home would allow such a sad case and then it hit me - he is a frustrated teen, bless, eh??
