Can i/where can i buy a leather gear gater for the classic shape impreza ,or is there any good places i can buy these sort of parts second-hand ?

Got mine in red leather, (but had a choice of colour), from a local carshop, £11.
Had to unpick the stitching round the bottom to make it fit, but it does, and looks the part after 2 coats of dubbin.
