How much should I tell my insurance?
#1
What mods should I tell my insurance company about?
At the moment I have told them about the 1 mod I have.
Should I tell them if I change the plugs, replace the element in the airbox, backbox etc...
Anyones opinions / experiences on this topic?

The best policy is be honest. If in doubt speak to your insurer before you make any changes. You don't want to be left in the situation where you make a change and then find the insurance company won't accept it and your insurance cover becomes invalid!

IMHO you should tell them everything. They can be slimey barstueards and will do anything to get out of a major claim. A simple repair and mods probably wouldn't even be looked at. But a major claim they will look at the car in detail.
I doubt spark plugs are an issue tho, unless NGK or the like invent some super duper new one that gives xx+BHP.
