John,

I don't think they will install a PPP with a full Scoobysport exhaust system.
They will probably allow a backbox but that's about it.
Don't quote me though

Cheers,

Rob.

John,

I was told it needs to be returned to standard! Couldn't be arsed, so I bought one second hand instead!!

Sold it a month later when I got bored!!

Best to call up (thing that rings, has numbers on the front, and the c-shaped bit of plastic you talk into!!) you supplying dealer and double check!

Arrow

.. the offical line is

If the car has ANY engine/exhaust/air mods, then the PPP can not be fitted.

Find a 'friendly' dealer or return to standard prior to fit.

Cool

I had my MY00 done in June, I had a standard car except for the backbox. They replaced the centre section and backbox, so this wasn't a problem. In your case, it's probably best to get the standard downpipe refitted first. Prodrive should ask you if you want to keep everything they remove, so it should just be a case of refitting the centre and backbox if you decide too later.
Martin.

Question

Could I get my00 PPP'd with a full scoobysport system on or would I have to fit all the standard gear back on before they take it in?

Cheers

John

Mine was PPP'd with SS backbox which was removed and returned. Suggest replace front two sections with OE

Mega Stream

If you want to use a PPP in combination with the full Scoobysport exhaust you MUST fit the up-pipe too.

Although this makes the car even quicker, it also makes it run with an extra 3.5 degree safety margin (retardation from ECU targets).
