just been to T.D.I. for bhp \ torque test, car to test :- wrx sti type r.
after repeated runs i was told that my car was losing grip on the rollers when full boost kicks in . result no output over about 3600 revs
not quite value for money but i could say it was to brutal to test lol.
good day out with a top crowd thanks flat four!!

surely you didnt have to pay for it if you didnt get a result?
Just to burst your bubble, it isnt so much as too powerful, as poor power delivery!
surprising for a vf28, which should be smooth.

Guys,
Don't go larging in it when you know I managed a massive
186 BHP.
Apparently would not hold boost. Time for some funds to be spent methinks.
Great day though, just to see the look on Ray's face when he managed 263 BHP with very minimal mods.

It was surprising to see two or three cars with "wobbly" wheels! One, I can't remember which - (I can really, but I'm not telling until I know the owner is aware!) showed the whole wheel (front n/s) running out, not just the rim.
I checked Rybecks tyres and they had "Made in the peoples Republic of Botswana - for agricultural use only" moulded into them, do you think this could be a factor?
