Nearly every morning I see a blue Legacy estate with what looks like "eifel" written on the back. Its got a big pipe coming out the back and looks as though its been lowered. Does anyone know what it is? or is the owner on here.

No I haven't had a chance to go down there yet but it's gonna happen.
And yes, it does look like that, I think, I'll try to get a closer look tomorrow.
