They could have been using the Motorway route from Gloucester to Banbury
ie. M5, M42, M40 ??

Then again, maybe it was nothing to do with IM, and was in fact some other importer?

A transporter with 14 new unregistered impreza's, now I'm not to hot on the different types but they were all high winged, fronts had no front spots/fogs but the sti syle blanks and they were all blue !! but all brand spanking un-registered cars...

Just had another look at thr P1 on another site and I think you could be right, as the M42 links to the M40 down to Prodrive it sticks a good chance, which begs the question where do they enter the UK?

They were on the M5, saw them as well ! Using a standard Richard Lawson Transporter M5 going southbound J7

 

I think you will find they dont go to Prodrive at all. The parts :- suspension, bodykit etc are fitted at Quedgeley.

Could on route from the Port.

Yep they were the one's, same transporter company anyway, so what's this place in Gloucester then ? I've never heard of it ( not surprised though !) What do they do other than store before delivery to dealers ?

The big question ...... was it in a locked compound all night ?

I've just seen a transporter load of written off Imprezas heading up the M40. Hey maybe that's how the P1's are going to get their 'unique' new styling???

 

I noticed 3 transporters full of scoobs on the M42 on Tuesday PM. There were a couple of Legacys but mostly Impreza turbo saloons, various colurs.
If Subaru's Import centre is in Gloucester I suppose it would make sense for them to be entering the UK at Hull, Immingham or maybe Tyneside.

I also saw these cars apparently the cars come to tyneside then are transported to quedgeley glos. For the alarms to fitted and undersealed etc etc.

 

They used to get delivered through Liverpool, but somebody left the keys in the ship and........

5.30 this evening on the M1 (a few miles north of the M42 Junction) - 1 car transporter with 8-10 Blue 2-doors.

More P-1's I think. Still had the gold wheels on them.
