Question

What's the best way of metering out NF into the fuel tank when refuelling the car? I don't want to just shove the bottle in the filler neck and guess!
Any top tips??

i use file with graded measure then pour into sqeeze type bottle and sqeeze it into tank easy ! but its a shame they couldnt use a bottle like the castrol one, you sqeeze the bottle and it fills a measure in the top then pour!

It's quite thick and doesn't pour easily, so I use an old NF bottle and a medicinal measure, I then top up the bottle with petrol. So I now have an easily pourable one shot dose.

I use a feeding bottle that my young un doesnt need any more.
They come with sealed lids and titty lids!

I keep the correct measured ammount in the bottle with the sealed lid then put the titty top on with the end cut off and pour into the filler neck when required.

Hey presto - home made funnel.

Works for me.
Does look a bit strange at the pumps though!!

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies folks - think I'll do some experimenting today
I haven't used it before, it's NF Race and it's going in my standard P1. I reckon I'm looking for about 100RON with Optimax - about 1ml per litre then?

Simon,

Stick in about 75-80 mil for a tank of petrol. Official instructions on the bottle imply 1ml per litre ie a typical 50litre top up of petrol would require 50ml of NF Race, but it doesn't hurt to put in a bit more. I put in 100mil per fill up on a track day. P1 & NF user for 18mths.

I use an old powerade bottle and have markings for 100ml shots and then pour the whole nf bottle into there, doesnt leak, is squeezy and has a lid
