Dump Valve Fitters In Yorkshire ???

If anyone knows of anywhere I could get a dump valve fitted in (preferably) North Yorkshire I would be extremely grateful as I'm not having much luck finding anywhere at the moment.
Also (sorry if this topic has been covered before) which should I go for ? If I ordered one from a catalogue are they easy to fit ?

Lots of debate on here about dump valves subtyper. Do a search in the drivetrain or misc sections and you'll see what I mean. If you fit a dump valve as a 'performance enhancement' then I think you will be disappointed. If you fit one because you like the noise (and it makes the full Scoobysport exhaust system pop and bang nicely 
), then fair enough - just don't expect a huge difference.

I am getting a 98 Type R STI version 4 is it worth fitting a upgrade Dump valve and whats the benefit and is there a better sounding noise from a upgrade dump valve
